Friedman has been appointed as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, Friedman is responsible for all SES AMERICOM legal and regulatory operations.

Friedman has extensive legal and media industry experience. His background includes consulting assignments for Sony, and the Tennis Channel, and senior executive roles in business, legal and technology affairs with e-Citi, Viacom and Capital Cities /ABC. Jack earned his Juris Doctor degree from Cornell University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University. He is a member of NYSBA and ACA and resides in Upper Saddle River, NJ with his sons, Adam and Eric.
