September 11, 2003 Princeton, NJ SES AMERICOM, an SES GLOBAL company (Luxembourg and Frankfurt Stock Exchange: SESG), announced today that MTV Networks On Campus, Inc. has signed a multi-year agreement for Ku-band service on AMC-3 for distribution of CTN: College Television Network. CTN is a premiere television network serving more than 5 million students at over 720 colleges across the country. Offering a diverse mix of music, news, sports, events and specials, CTN is dedicated to covering all aspects of college life both on and off campus.

AMC-3 is a hybrid C/Ku-band satellite that became fully operational in 1997 at 87 degrees W.L. AMC-3 carries twenty-four 36 MHz 16-watt C-band transponders and twenty-four 36 MHz 60-watt Ku-band transponders committed to the radio, education, broadcast, business television and broadband Internet markets providing CONUS, Hawaiian, Mexican and Caribbean coverage.

Dedicated to all aspects of college life both on and off campus, CTN: College Television Network offers students a channel that is uniquely their own. In addition to playing a diverse mix of music programming ranging from hip hop to rock, CTN also features regular segments on everyday campus life including food, fashion, sports, travel, work study and much more. Also, through partners at CBS News, CBS Sports and MTV News, CTN broadcasts hourly updates on news from around the world including stories on music, sports and more.
