OVERVIEW:
The Director, Enterprise Sales, is responsible for leading and managing the Enterprise Sales team. This position will be responsible for closing key strategic deals to Enterprise Sales customers in such industries as: Oil & Gas, Mining, Automotive, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Call Centers.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
|
5+ years selling VSAT or other satellite or telecommunications related products with successful results, as well as experience negotiating and closing high value services agreements with Fortune 1000 type customers |
|
Demonstrated knowledge of satellite, VSAT and DVB-S technology and working knowledge of fiber technologies |
|
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred |
|
Experience leading & coaching teams |
|
Effective negotiation, communication and leadership skills |
|
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and work to deadlines |
|
Six Sigma Training/Certification a plus |
|
|

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
|
Direct the Enterprise Sales Team according to a business plan developed to achieve desired strategy for revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, growth, profit and return on invested capital |
|
Assume responsibility for closing key strategic deals |
|
Ensure departmental expenses are within annual budget goals |
|
Ensure the structure of the sales organization and staff skill sets are properly aligned to achieve organizational results |
|
Ensure a proper flow of internal communication between different departments, and ensure that the necessary actions are followed up |
|
Present to customers and the senior leadership team |
|
Frequent travel required |
