EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
|
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business; Master’s Degree Preferred |
|
Demonstrated experience and understanding in the interpretation and application of applicable building codes and standards |
|
10+ years of experience successfully leading broad facilities management functions, including employees and vendors |
|
Impressive, quantifiable cost-saving record while providing creative, state-of-the-art approaches |
|
In-depth knowledge of facilities management industry, market practices, methodologies, costs and trends |
|
Demonstrated ability to plan, design and execute on strategic and creative organizational support services initiatives |
|
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in an organized fashion |
|
Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with employees and managers at all levels |
|
Demonstrated ability to respectfully challenge the status quo and make the tough calls while continuing to provide excellent customer service |
|
Strong oral and written communication skills |
|
Demonstrated ability to think and execute strategically |

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
|
Provide strategic leadership, direction and operational oversight to Organizational Support Services to assure strategic alignment and continuity relative to efficiency and cost effectiveness, operating standards, governance, legal/regulatory issues and best business practices across the continuum of services |
|
Manage and direct all activities on Building Lease Transactions, Design & Construction, Budget & Capital Expenditures |
|
Develop and manage relationships and contracts with vendors, law enforcement/government agencies and contractors |
|
Partner with the business units to develop strategies and service level agreements, including cost and customer satisfaction measures; Regularly review and monitor performance |
|
Allocate and plan space, interior renovations, and strategic space planning for all locations |
|
Perform studies and forecasting as they relate to industry trends, business needs and efficiency |
|
Create an environment of continuous improvement by regularly benchmarking products and services against competitors and best practice companies |
|
