Plan, execute and monitor spacecraft maneuvers, orbit determination and long term spacecraft operating strategy |

Update and maintain spacecraft configuration database and coordinate scheduled spacecraft activity |

Draft and modify spacecraft operational documentation and procedures per the technical requirements and operational policy |

Give direction to spacecraft controllers in support of operations activity as required during normal and off-hours for all scheduled and unscheduled events |
|
Provide initial anomaly evaluation support of on-going anomaly team activity |

Set criteria and parameters for spacecraft health of all spacecraft subsystems through data trending and evaluation |

Use Unix and Windows-based computer systems and LAN networks |
|
Ensure proper execution of operational procedures and policies |
|
Maintain Spacecraft Controller certification |
|
Support Spacecraft Engineering and new spacecraft development efforts |
